spiritual life at Fca
Every grade has daily Bible class taught by their classroom teacher.
Every Wednesday we have elementary and middle/high school chapel.
We teach and encourage Christ-like character in all we do. Our curriculum is written from a Christian worldview and the teachers and staff do their best to model Christ-like behavior.
We encourage missions and Christian service. We have had several students and teachers go on missions trips. Locally, we take the older students to help at food banks and help clean up at a church camp in the spring before the camping seasons begins. The younger students go to nursing homes to minister to the people through song and deliver cards and small gifts. Our students, staff, and families also do other various community service projects and activities on a regular basis.
The school is also the local drop off point for Operation Christmas Child shoeboxes. We have the students collect items for in the shoeboxes and we take part of a day and pack 200+ boxes ourselves.
